Hello! First off, Heather, I am sorry I have not posted the stats. We are STILL unpacking but I promise once I find the info I will get it posted. Sam Garcia won the geared category coming in 43rd but had got BOTH the bonus manifests and kicked some serious booty on the points. I have been in such a crazy state getting moved to PDX that I want to make sure I have all the other places correct before I post them... We will be throwing the D&P4 next year, TENTATIVE date is May 23rd. I will be looking for volunteers to help me with the manifest. I have one in mind but because I can not be in two places at once, I will need some guys to ride it for me. Again this race will be point based and promises to be a kick ass time.
One note... this year there were a few gals who were super rude and generally not fun to be around at the start and at a few of the stops. This race is supposed to be fun gals, it is supposed to promote riding bikes and getting together to have a good time. I received complaints from folks working check points about a few racers who were pushy and rude and I have perused a few blogs of people who rode the race and there have been some posts where other riders were made fun of. I want everyone to know that this will in no way be tolerated next year. Your manifest will be pulled and you will be asked to leave. End of story. Enough said.
